Eligibility
Firefly'd is available only to users who are 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where cannabis is legal. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.
One account per person
Each person may maintain only one Firefly'd account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, manipulate ratings, or misrepresent identity is prohibited and will result in permanent removal from the platform.
Content you post
You own the content you post on Firefly'd. By posting, you grant Firefly'd a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, honest, and based on real experiences. Fabricated check-ins, false reviews, and coordinated inauthentic behavior are prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Firefly'd to harass, threaten, or demean other users. You may not post content that is illegal, defamatory, or designed to deceive. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Business accounts
Businesses verified on Firefly'd must hold an active state-issued cannabis retail or brand license. Firefly'd reserves the right to remove any business listing if the associated license lapses, is suspended, or is revoked. Business accounts are non-transferable. One license equals one account.
Platform availability
Firefly'd is currently available in California. Access to the platform in other states does not constitute an endorsement of cannabis use where it is not legal. Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
Termination
Firefly'd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that we determine is harmful to the community, regardless of whether that conduct is explicitly prohibited above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Firefly'd will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
